Why I started Gilly's Healthcare

I’ve been a nurse for almost 33 years, and every shift I noticed the exact same pattern: anxious family members sitting in hospital chairs, trying to decipher what a doctor just said, or wondering what the beep on a monitor meant.
The internet is full of websites telling you what your diagnosis is, but almost none tell you how to navigate the hospital you are admitted to.
This platform is entirely built on unwritten hospital realities. It features the exact questions I tell my own family members to ask, the checklists I wish every patient had at admission, and the clarity you deserve during a health crisis.
